Customer Service Information
Our Information Desk is open 7 days from 10am-9pm (including public holidays) and is conveniently located outside Cotton On on Level 1. Our Customer Experience staff are able to assist with store and centre information, public transport timetables, lost and found items, car parking ticket validation, wheelchair bookings and provide information about what’s on in Harbourside Shopping Centre and Darling Harbour.

Lost Property
Please check with the Information Desk for all lost property by calling 02 8398 5700 or visiting our Customer Experience staff at the Information Desk next time you're in the centre.

Security and Cleaners
Our Security and Cleaners are on site 24 hours to make your visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Please do not hesitate to approach our Security or Cleaners for assistance at anytime. If you would like assistance out-of-hours please contact our on site Security Team on 0424 195 841.

Accessibility Services, Facilities and Mobility Equipment
Harbourside has facilities and equipment to assist customers with limited mobility to make their way comfortably around the centre. Manual wheelchairs are available as a complimentary service from our Information Desk. Upon hire, our Customer Experience staff will take a copy of your current Driver’s Licence or Photo ID and contact number. It is important to book in advance so please contact our Information Desk 02 8398 5700 to arrange a booking. We have two (2) wheelchairs available to hire.

Children's Playground ‘Caterpillar Lane’
Harbourside has an indoor play area for children aged 8 years and under. Caterpillar Lane has soft play, climbing towers, slides, interactive panels and light projection games. Caterpillar Lane is conveniently located outside Thai Foon Restaurant on Level 2.

Parents Room
Our Parents Rooms are equipped with a microwave, seating and change tables. Located near the Food Court on Level 1 (enter near Le Wrap), and near Harbourside Cellars on Level 2.

Getting Here

Getting to Harbourside is easy and public transport is your best option! Travel via ferry, train, bus or light rail. We also have a secure car park attached to the centre via a pedestrian bridge, and are walking distance from many Sydney attractions, entertainment venues and hotels.

For the ultimate Sydney experience, we recommend you hop on the Shopper Hopper. The Shopper Hopper ferry comes directly from Birkenhead Point Outlet Centre on Sydney Harbour and stops directly outside Harbourside Shopping Centre. Click here to find out more about the Shopper Hopper

By Ferry
Catch a Sydney Ferry from Circular Quay to Pyrmont Bay ferry wharf. Walk past the Maritime Museum until you see the entrance to Harbourside.

By Light Rail
Harbourside has Light Rail stops at each end of the Centre. Take the Light Rail to Convention and cross the road to access the southern entrance. Alight at Pyrmont Bay and cross the road towards the Pyrmont Bridge and turn right to reach the northern entrance.

By Bus
Take a bus to the Queen Victoria Building and walk down Market Street, across the Pyrmont Bridge and left into Harbourside.

By Train
Depart at Town Hall Station, walk down Druitt Street and take the stairs down to Cockle Bay Wharf and keep walking to the left around the bay to Harbourside.

By Car

By Taxi
Ask to be dropped off alongside the Sofitel on Darling Drive and enter through the southern entrance.

By Water Taxi
Sydney Harbour Water Taxis have a convenient drop off point right outside Harbourside. Ask to be dropped off at the Darling Harbour Convention Centre Wharf.

By Boat
Sail in and moor at the Darling Harbour Marina. The Marina is located on the Cockle Bay side, a short walk around the harbour to Harbourside. Moorings: 02 9211 5383.

By Bicycle
Ride up to the Pyrmont Bridge entrance at the Northern end of Harbourside, and lock up your bike in the bicycle rack.

Parking at Harbourside

About Parking at Harbourside
Car and motorbike parking is available at the Harbourside Car Park, managed by Wilson Parking. It is located at 100 Murray Street, Pyrmont NSW 2009. It has 1,430 bays and is open 24 hours! The carpark is linked to Harbourside Shopping Centre via a covered footbridge.

In partnership with Wilson Parking we offer a $15 Flat Rate with any purchase of $40 or more at Harbourside Shopping Centre. Parking ticket validation is available at the Harbourside Information Desk, located on level 1 near Cotton On, between 10am-9pm daily. After 9pm validation can be made at the Wilson Parking Office on level 4 of the carpark. Customers simply need to provide a receipt for $40 or more from a Harbourside store and parking ticket. Validated tickets are valid for 24 hours from the time of entry to the Harbourside Car Park.

Wifi

Connect to Harbourside WiFi
Access free WiFi at Harbourside for 4 hours (240 minutes) or 1GB each day, by simply following these instructions:

1. Ensure your wireless enabled device is turned on and has its wireless signal activated

2. Go to the Activate Wireless Network Connection List

3. Select “_HarboursideFreeWiFi” from the list. Note: you may need to select “Connect”

4. On the welcome screen enter your details and select “Connect to WiFi”.
